9999bt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 9999bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a 9999bt account, logging into an existing 9999bt account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the 9999bt platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access, register on, or use the 9999bt platform in any capacity. Continued use of any 9999bt service after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 9999bt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that apply to particular offers. 3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 9999bt platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9999bt employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered will be closed, all balances across those accounts will be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed through the additional accounts will be cancelled.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 9999bt account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change. 9999bt is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your account, including failed withdrawal processing or delayed identity verification.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9999bt login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any transaction or activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and 9999bt shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to protect your credentials adequately.

If you have reason to believe that your 9999bt account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 9999bt customer support immediately so that your account can be secured. 9999bt may temporarily suspend an account at its sole discretion if suspicious access patterns are detected, pending verification of account ownership.

3.4 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 9999bt account at any time by contacting customer support. 9999bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; abuse of bonuses or promotions; use of automated software or bots; collusion with other players; or any activity that 9999bt considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its integrity. Upon account closure for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

9999bt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 9999bt wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds; bKash and Nagad deposits are typically confirmed within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.

All funds deposited into your 9999bt account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile banking accounts — are not permitted. 9999bt reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source and ownership of deposited funds as part of its verification procedures.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, 9999bt may require the following: completion of identity verification (KYC); confirmation that any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully met; and confirmation that the payment account to which withdrawal is requested is registered in the player's own name and matches the details on the 9999bt account.

4.3 Currency

All 9999bt account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 9999bt to transactions conducted in BDT. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with transfers to or from 9999bt.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a 9999bt account are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse

9999bt operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk (so-called "bonus hunting"); using a bot or automated software to meet wagering requirements; and collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, 9999bt will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings and may permanently close the player's account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

9999bt reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be materially prejudicial to a player who has already commenced meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Ongoing promotions may be altered in response to technical issues, regulatory changes, or platform integrity concerns.

By using the 9999bt platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to conduct yourself in a manner that does not harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games and betting markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999bt platform:

• Registering or using a 9999bt account if you are under 18 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform.
• Using the 9999bt platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, complete wagering requirements, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or underpayment/overpayment of winnings. Any winnings arising from a software error must be reported and will not be honoured.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 9999bt platform.

All content on the 9999bt platform — including but not limited to the 9999bt brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, layout, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of 9999bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9999bt platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the 9999bt platform; create derivative works based on 9999bt content; use 9999bt trade marks or branding in any manner without express prior written authorisation; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or frame or link to the platform in any manner that misrepresents the origin of the content.

Game content displayed on the 9999bt platform — including games by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed by 9999bt for display on the platform. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9999bt and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and software providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 9999bt platform, even if 9999bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9999bt's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9999bt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9999bt does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 9999bt will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

9999bt is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet connectivity failures that affect your ability to access the platform or place bets. Where a bet is placed or a game round is initiated and a connectivity failure occurs before the outcome is determined, 9999bt's records of the bet or game round state at the time of the failure shall be the definitive record.
